Maqsood Group is one of the Pakistan’s largest construction and development companies. Like many great entrepreneurs, Haji Maqsood Ahmed would take a few frightening steps toward failure before he found the path to success. Even after a family construction business being bestowed to Haji Maqsood and his elder brother by their late father, he had to make his own mark in the market.

Maqsood Group of companies was established in early 1970’s. It’s a group which was established on a simple purpose – Supporting Pakistan’s economy. Haji Maqsood never believed in big commitments so he started to develop his empire in his youth.

Maqsood Developers was the first company established in Lahore, which has been achieving mile-stones since its conception the late 1970’s. The first mile-stone achieved by Maqsood Developers was sealing the contract with WAPDA Authorities in its early terms; to set up electricity grids in majority of the Feudal areas. Speaking of more local mile-stone two-thirds of both Johar Town and Muslim Town has been developed by this very company.  Maqsood Developers is the back-bone of the Mqsood Group.
